The hotel had exceptionally kind and immensely pleasant staff on the reception desk. I had a new-fashioned deluxe queen room with an absolutely fabulous view of the sea and the Dubai Eye.- This hotel was located in a very central area close enough to many good restaurants, bars, downtown Dubai, and the high tower Burj Khalifa.- Brilliant food was available, with Fratelli la Bufala in the vicinity.

I had a luxury stay on the weekends and during the holidays. I had good food for breakfast for most tastes. The location was decent, close to Covent Garden Markets.

The breakfast here is delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the hotel is beautifully decorated in a fantastic location close to the mall.

The entire place was spotless with fantastic views. Its location was ideal, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. Our room was nicely furnished, complete with a marble bathroom and a diverse breakfast. The availability of coffee and tea making facilities, as well as glassware, was very convenient.

Stayed in a fancy room with a big bed and a nice balcony. They even offered a wake-up call service which was handy. The hotel is located close to the airport 🛫, which was super convenient.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and luxurious. Stunning view of the beach. Nice rooms with a comfortable bed. The breakfast is rich and savory. The staff is wonderfully helpful and efficient. The location on the new Jumeirah promenade is peaceful. Early check-in at 3 pm is a plus.

Really enjoyed this luxury accommodation with highly professional staff on the reception desk. The restaurant was wonderful with the service especially at the reception and restaurant, we ordered appetising dishes.

The hotel's central location next to the public area was great. It was very close to the beach, restaurants, and a taxi stop. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food at an affordable price.

The hotel has a great location near modern Dubai-Jumeirah, the beach, and the shops. The room was a good size and offered a lovely sea view. The service was outstanding, and we were pleasantly surprised by the shuttle to nearby malls. Additionally, onsite parking was convenient.
